2026 Kenyon Review Summer Online Writers Workshops

Thank you for your interest in the Kenyon Review Summer Online Writers Workshops (June 21-27, 2026). The application for this workshop consists of this online application form, a resume, and a writing sample. For poetry, submit 3 to 4 poems; for fiction or nonfiction submit between 5-20 pages of prose.

We have limited partial scholarship funds to offer toward tuition for workshop participants who demonstrate financial need. All partial scholarships are granted on the basis of both merit and need. If you would like to apply for a partial scholarship, please fill out the scholarship section.

Applications for creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry workshops can now be submitted up until April 17, 2026. We make every effort to notify applicants by mid-May. Admissions decisions will be sent via email.
